What do you think is the biggest challenge for you when doing presentations in English?

Biggest challenge for me is when audience ask irrelevant question and
you have to answer them and maybe you loose your concentration.
Also if any unexpected situation happend that cause you forget what
would you want to say for a moment.

Yeah, I can see how irrelevant questions and the unexpected can really screw you up when you're trying to concentrate on what you're presenting. 

For me though, the challenge is actually getting the audience to respond, even when I've tried asking questions and other activities to try and engage them in the discussion.
