上海市卫生局9日发布消息说，上海市第一人民医院55名患者在接受眼科注射治疗后引起不良反应。药物乃为罗氏制药生产的商品名为“安维汀”的注射液。这种注射液主要适用于转移性结肠癌的治疗，并未提及治疗眼疾。


Shanghai Municipal Public Health Bureau has published a bulletin on September 9th; they reported that 55 patients that had received injections treating various eye ailments at Shanghai No. 1 People's Hospital have come down with side effects related to use of the drug.  The drug in question is manufactured by Shanghai Roche Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its brand name in the market is Avastin; the drug has typically been used to treat metastatic cancer of the colon and is not normally used to treat eye ailments.
